We are ready for a new start and a new era . To plan social events to mark
the Centenary and the opening of the Centre, please come to the meeting.
- Friday Centenary Concert As part of our Centenary Celebration it
is a great joy to welcome the Neinhagen Choir who are visiting Garswood as
part of their twinning and the Trinity Girls Silver Band to sing and play for
us on Friday at 7.30pm. Needless to say, I am sure that our Garswood
parishioners will be well represented on Friday night. The Choir will sing
during the 10.00am Mass next Sunday.
- Lourdes Prize Bingo Prizes welcome, please leave at the Presbytery.
- School Perimeter Wall During the Bank Holyday, hooligans broke into the
school yard and pulled down a large part of the school perimeter wall,

vandalisation. Thanks to our Headteacher, Mr Winstanley and to Cllr.
Wilkes who made the local Education Authority accept responsibility for
making temporary repairs though a new fence will be needed.
