Being a Catholic is not just about going to church on a Sunday and receiving the sacraments. It's also about using the grace given through the sacraments to live the Catholic faith in the community. A catholic should be standing as a witness to the truth whether at work, in the family or socially.

As a vehicle to living the Catholic faith, the parish has numerous organisations that allow parishioners to discover more about the faith, to practice the faith, and to take the faith forward into the world as a community.

The organisations currently active in the parish are:

• The Legion of Mary
• The Right of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
• The Choir

It is also hoped to start up the St Vincent dePaul Society (SVP) once more in the parish in the near future.
